Barre
Barre has become a popular fitness trend in recent years. Lotte Berg was a former ballerina who suffered a back injury. In her quest to rehabilitate her body she developed a unique exercise program that combines elements of ballet, pilates and orthopedic exercise.
Barre exercise improves strength, flexibility and aligmment. It also has a positive effect on mental health.
The class is 50 minutes with vigourous music that motivates.
